Cheap Halloween Masks

What are some of the cheap materials that could be used to create an Anubis head or mask?
I want to go as Anubis for Halloween but the head is hard to find cheap. Therefore, I want to make one myself. But I can not figure out what to do outside of it is cheap. I do not want to do all the head to put on mine, or at least only the mask. So what I can use?
If you make concrete that will last of Halloweens to come. Just do not fall into any mudpuddles.
